If you lay say something like 20 yds worth of wall then hold shift and click each section so they highlight one by one, then hit CTRL and D you will copy that whole section, just move it along to extend. works great if the wall is straight and long, i did this at muirfield to place 100's of yards of stone wall.
Simple Bulkhead Objects

I've started Kemper Lakes which is a challenge because it has at least three bulkheaded greens; to this point I haven't been overly successful with these.
The house builder does seem to work nicely though; even just one of the stock untextured slab pieces works nicely if you add a wood texture to it and then start arranging a few of them in a chain.

Using the K11 bulkhead method, along with
the DPRoberts mesh export to Blender video,
You can shape your wall to fit.

Here's an early Kemper Lakes WIP shot with a bulkhead I've made; this course has three of them total but I've only done two so far as the last one is the most complicated one.
I've used two objects from the house builder and added my own texture to it - the 0.25 x 3 slab and one of the round pillars and just manually place them around in a chain and rotate accordingly to the bank line. I insert the pillars at the junction point between two of the slabs just to hide the corners a little bit and make the direction change a little more subtle looking. It certainly requires a little more fine tuning than the blender method, but I've never been able to get my head around that.

How did you ensure no gaps between bulkheads and adjacent land which would require a 90 degree drop off.

Nice work M. I have been learning blender myself (well not myself, Justin has spent many many hours helping me out) and boy, there is a lot to learn but it sure will be nice to be able to do.

It's difficult. One thing is you have to make the bulkhead a little bit thicker than it normally would be and then you have to kind of embed it into the terrain.... when you get it the way you want, you then have to be really careful not to smooth it back out the way it was. This one wasn't too bad, but there's one on the 17th hole of this course that goes 3/4 of the way around the green that's been a nightmare so far.

As long as you don't dig out on the water side, you can do anything you want and recalculate on the hole side without loosing your work. Once you dig out on the water side, you don't want to recalculate but really, if you did, it's not that bad to rework the hole side if you messed up.
