Having started a project I saved the scene and the project and closed Unity. When I recalled it, all the assets loaded, the scene was as it should be but the Course Forge menu has not appeared. Anyone any ideas as to how to retrieve it?
Course Forge has disappeared in Unity

Thanks Mike for the info. I have now created a new project and imported CF and then the old terrain I was working on. I have had to recreate the CF details but it is a good learning curve. Now I have just tried to play the three holes I have created and it loads to 50% and stops, I will look in the forum to see if there is an answer.
By the way, love PG and CF!

Go up to the Perfect Parallel menu and start Course Forge there

It is the Perfect parallel menu that has gone missing!

Either something got deleted from your CF folder or you added an incompatible third party asset somewhere along the line. Try removing third party assets until you find the culprit.

Silly question, perhaps, but what consequences would occur if CF was re-imported to the project?

If you import it with all option ticked it would overwrite the default terrain and default scene which is not a 'good thing'
If you want to reimport CF from the package just make sure the only thing ticked when your import options come up is the CourseForge folder.

There is a checklist for the 50% problem in a pinned topic, most people with the issue have been using the wrong version on Unity to create their courses.

I just had a situation involving a bogus script from an asset. Whew... what a pain in the butt. I could not get CF to load until I tracked down a prefab that was in my scene. I would like the last 2 hours of my life back please!
After getting rid of every part of the asset I was able to re-import CF.
Thanks for the two lines quoted above. Who knows where my project might have ended up without em
