Just curious about the capabilities of user created courses, is a driving range possible, where you just hit the same shot over and over again, or would you have to create a course with different tee boxes, and just use a mulligan over and over?
Is it possible to make a driving range?

Yes, it is. OGT has a user created Long Drive Hole/Range that you can download. You can also use Woody's practice course. You have to set the game to Practice Mode and auto gimmes to on I believe so you can hit the same shot over and over.

Just choose Practice from the lobby.
Or follow the alternatives Z-Max has posted.

There is already a Practice Range included.
Just choose Practice from the lobby.

Yeah I know there's a practice range. I'm just thinking outside the box on some other ranges with targets for skills testing like the trackman combine. Being a sim user I'm going to focus on creating things like this for the sim players. I've got an idea in mind for a good one, just need to put my unity skills to the test. Thanks guys.

Sorry, you just mentioned hitting balls in your opening post, no mention of target zone for skill tests.

It would be nice if each course could have its own practice facility. For real life courses you could put them where they are actually on the course (giving you the immersive experience of being surrounded by the holes and objects that you would be if you were actually there). I'm pretty sure TW08 had this feature.
