Beautiful thanks DoGgs but it's requesting access so you must not have it setup it to download directly. I do have a "ROYAL" links course that you have not done yet..lol on my drive and I might get to it after Hazeltine is redone. I've always wanted to try one of these courses but from scratch and no lidar but I figured it's a great course and surprisingly no one has done it yet (might be because of all the buildings?) but someone might be working on it? I am not saying I will do it I said I MIGHT..lol - Nice to have textures though.

I have Royal Liverpool ready for testing. It’s been a nightmare planting trying to get the balance of appearance v performance. I was hoping the 3D grass might help. I planted at .25 opacity and .25 target but it looks rubbish. The course needs a lot of long wispy rough to look right. I’m going to put a link up and if performance isn’t an issue then thicken the rough.
You could prob do without 3D grass for a links course, no big deal, its always a mixture of long grasses and dry ground rather than manicured lushness.

I agree, I doubt you need 3d rough on a links course since they have so much other types of grass in and around the rough.
Thanks DoGgs, I got the textures now.
