We have been seeing major delays in the time it takes the shot to register in JNPG from the GC2. The delays start after 5 or 6 holes.  All of our play is social/off line with 4 players.  We can only play 9 hole rounds because the delay is unbearable by then, 10 seconds or so.  Seems like something is slowing it down over time.  A reboot of the PC and we're back to normal.  Has anyone seen this issue?

Are you using the JNPG Bluetooth connection or OGT Interface?

Not sure if it's connected but I've never really had issues with OGT Interface but I've had problems with the integrated Bluetooth option.

I know that stinks if you don't like the $20 every 6 months for OGT but it's well worth it for plenty of other reasons beyond a stable connection.

Agree, OGT interface eliminated delay.  There are also other minor fixes that the OGT interface fixes.

The only thing I have seen this caused by would be if you were on the battery of the GC2 and not plugged in.  As the battery wears down there is a point where the bluetooth signal seems to get delayed even though there seems to be enough battery.

The GC2 will still show data fine on the lower battery power and you would never think of that till the unit got so low that it shut down.

If you are plugged into power then that of course is not the issue.

Thanks for the replies.  We are using the JNPG Bluetooth connection. We do have the OGT interface installed but we don't use it because we're just playing socially - no tournament play.  The GC2 is plugged in all the time.  I guess we should go back to the OGT interface.  It just seemed a bit buggy and difficult to connect for some of the less technical users.
