On December 15th, I renewed my sim pass. I use a GC2 for simulation. I initially had some difficulty with the auto renew as I didn’t have enough funds in my steam account to cover the taxes. Once I added the correct amount the transaction went through. I was able to use my sim for exactly 2 months. On Feb. 15, I got this error. See attached photo. In my steam account the sim subscription is active but now it is not in my stash in JNPG which is causing the error. I can provide receipt of my sim pass renewal purchase on Dec. 15. I am hoping someone here can help solve this so I can use my simulator again. Thanks in advance.
