Pebble Beach and some other real courses I've done had tee boxes (especially forward tees) which were so narrow that the markers actually sat in the rough, on both sides. I took artistic license and widened them just enough to contain the markers.

Add me to this list. The course I'm working on right now I'm having to  make the tee boxes larger in order to keep the tee markers from being out in the rough like Matt has mentioned.

I'd like some ability to get more precise with the terrain shaping, especially for greens and bunker edges. Maybe this means letting the meshes span multiple terrains that would allow more micro movement.
