I'm loving the Blender builder. I created the floor plan of my split-level and had to create some special one texture pieces by cropping the 3mx3m_1tex block. Had to revert to some of your earlier tutorials. I still need to add the windows and doors, so will have to revisit the window tutorial. Building in Blender seems to be much faster for me.
I do need some help on how to align the roof pieces though. That was a challenge, but I did manage to get it close. A tutorial on the roof pieces would be very helpful.

I think I got it. I just made a 9mx9m base building and added the roof pieces with perfect alignment. The key is was starting the base of the building by placing the first block a multiple of the block size from the origin (i.e move it G-X-6 or G-Y-6, etc.) and continue the creation process from there. I seem to make a lot of mistakes by not pressing enter after each block positioning or rotation event. Oh well that will come with more practice.
I must have moved my building accidentally an odd amount during construction. Now off to add windows, doors, a deck, chimney, front porch, etc.

Been playing with the house builder all day. Couple of things I ran into.
At that point I exported the Projects as a FBX file. When I brought it into unity the pieces were textured as normal. I'm done with those pieces for this project, but if I needed to place more. It would be tough to tell if I turn them right without the writing on them. Don't know if this is due to bringing them in after the initial build? Also this is probably not necessary, but once I removed the Gutter probably could use a end cap. Another thing I was looking for and could not find was there is no ( double garage door ).
You're going to start to hate me but could you maybe make a endcap for the gable_3mx3mx2m?
I'm having a blast with this in blender. So much easier once you get use to the keystrokes.

What keystrokes did you use to delete those faces? I would have tabbed into edit mode on that piece. Used face select to pick the 3 faces making up the gutter. Hit "x" and chosen - "delete faces".
I'll get to work on the gable. I'm leaving the other 2 requests for you to build on your own. Those can be done following the video below.

That's pretty much what I did.. I clicked on the gable_9mx3mx3m_middle which is the one that was sticking out of the face. Then Click on tap changed to wireframe Click on the three pieces.. But I clicked on the delete , then the pop-up came up and I choose delete faces. It only affected the 15 m blocks.
Thanks for the video.

Yeah, it must have been the way I did it. I just went in and tried removing the gutter on the 15m block and everything's fine. Lesson learned

Had to step away from from using the Blender Building Blocks to create some heightmaps, but had some time this morning to finish the split-level house. I love the Blender version of the builder, as it's so much faster once you learn the keyboard shortcuts. The front center, split level top and split level bottom can be textured differently from the rest of the house. In the images, I extended the driveway in Unity by duplicating the 3x6 driveway block. Sweet !! I do need to move all of the windows a bit further from the house as I am getting some z-fighting.
Now I'm off to start 5-6 condo sections from around Trump National Washington. That way I can mix and match the sections to get varying configurations.
We do need to come up with a clearing house for houses, buildings, etc. that other can download and use.

Mr Cobra,
The file sizes for the meshes are fairly small. My largest clubhouse model is Riviera and it is 106kb. The problem is the textures which can be much larger in the 12-20MB range. They do compress quite well when packaged through Unity though.
However, the limitation of a community Dropbox, for me, is the ability to actually see what you are downloading. It would be nice to scroll through screenshots of available models and selectively download the ones you want. There are obviously 3D sites and texture sites but nothing that condenses it for our needs here. So, a dropbox like site where you could control the "home page" so to speak for the provided file would be perfect. Merge Imgur and Dropbox for me and we might have it. Maybe this exists?
Even just a locked comment thread might work where each post contains a single photo and a link to the file to be shared. However, as sharing gets larger, that thread becomes cumbersome to navigate.
