Perfect. I'll move to it's real folder when I add it to the Database spreadsheet.

There is a box you have to tick in the last screen before playing begins, called "use same tees" or similar.

Thanks Goran, forgot about that. Playing the same tees helped me turn a defeat into a 1 shot win at 5 under

Dave,
I was doing some "uploadling-of-scores" last night, along with moving some of Bortimus' files to Course folders.
I'm playing some of Affo's rounds so I can add the LOW / MED / HGH prefix to each.
I've also got about a dozen more rounds of my own to upload.
NOW ALL WE NEED IS FOR SOME OTHER FOLKS TO START ADDING TO THE DATABASE.
JMK59
We could really use some new recorded rounds if anyone has them to share-especially for the newer courses.

I've gotten kinda lazy about moving some of the Recorded rounds to their proper home.
edit: OK I cleaned up the Recorded Rounds site.

I had a practice round against your Muirfield Wildcat. It's so good to play against a 'person' again. I'll have another crack tomorrow and record it for the next guy.
Great track too DoGgs. Very enjoyable.
Damn good experience with no grids or BLI. Had fewer putts (with respect). Just sayin' how effective Naked putting is. And no yardage charts too. Player view as well. Just get out and play. I'd forgotten what a pleasure it is.
And hats off to PP to get the game to the point where we can do this. Credit where credit is due. It's got it all over TGC2. No doubt about it.

Thanks for the rounds and the site work jmk59. And Ted...you're just better than me, but I enjoy playing against your rounds. Thanks for sharing.

Ah, but Wild...I would have been playing Pro in my older recordings. You gave me a flogging at Tour Pro although I might have some improvement in me. Looking forward to the 'championship' round tonight. (No straight-edging Slice - save it.)
Excellent work on the clubhouse DoGgs by the way whether it was your work or not. Very enjoyable, low stress course (apart from the pot bunkers!).

I shot an 11 over at Muirfield, Wild. Led by 2 after 5 but I lost the swing in the middle stages. It was the tempo that was causing problems. It's the little things that cost strokes though. The touch around the greens is the last thing to come back.
But my bloody recording didn't take, damn it. Is this still a problem?
Never mind. On to the next course. I'll chase your recordings until I get a win Wild. Great fun (and a bit tense too).

Yeah, only about half of my attempts to record a round are successful. I still can't pinpoint a reason for it.

I did some experimenting with the record / no-record issue, last year.
It has to do with the "lock tees and difficulty" selection. Choosing NO (unchecked) gets you recorded about 75% of the time. Choosing YES gets you recorded between 0% (Caliber ball) and 30% (Avant ball).
Edit: OK I just dropped the Recordins Experiment results onto the main page at MEGA.

I just uploaded a recording at the new Royal Montreal. Very nice course; great view of the clubhouse on the approach to 9.

OK. I got a Royal Porthcawl recording to take.
I'm an 8 handicapper at Tour Pro and I played close to my handicap.
If you don't mind playing against a mug give it a go.
If you want a challenge - play without grids or BLI like what I do. I had about 30 putts I think.

Ted,
Just dropped a recording of the new Kingston Heath. Played it 3C, TP, no aids at all, only arrow keys to aim. All blind T-shots and approaches. Trust the "way points" on yardage; no water, no short dog legs to worry about, only pins cut on slopes (33 putts for me).
