Can you drop a few bikini clad natives on the beach please?...Ok that is probably sexist and not very PC....Oh Well

Natives do not wear bikinis, but loincloths. Or Polynesian tribal tatoos. Which is perfectly okay for natives, but never for the confused bloke down the pub who wants to send out garbled messages nobody cares about.
Also, the natives are dead - killed by Dysentery germs imported by Captain Cook's crew in 1777. There were only 5 of them anyway, the ecosystem would not support more.

Love the layout and i especially like the
Agave / Aloe plant I see here and there.
My personal opinion is that the fairways and greens
are too bluish in hue and should be a bit more lush
as in the surroundings, but that's just me.
Happy to see you made it back to earth K11,
very nice work as usual.

Thanks, Neal. The blueishness will stay, I'm afraid - design decision based on actual optics. The gleaming, bright yellow sand and sparkly sea does that to one's eye, it slightly messes with the colours (Like in the high alps, where all the glaring snow forces your vision into reducing the exposure and the blue sky turns almost back).

Unity only. Self-made only. These are the two Neal alluded to earlier.
I know I will have to swallow my pride (and revulsion) (and principled disapproval) and go crawling back to Speedtree one day.
But not today.
The 9th is not reachable with a driver from the tournament tees, but those going for driver risk to snooker themselves behind the copse of trees guarding the green. I love short par 4's.

Looking good, Neal. Those textures are just right. Bit of "special sauce" in them, makes them extra tasty!

It's going to be great, I'm sure. The reason for me not testing it yet, Neal, is that I am entangled in an epic struggle of my own. Because, meanwhile, back at the coconut isles, something died on me.
Something not too dear, yet fundamental. The Unity Tree Editor, after more than a year of gruesome and heart-gutting decay, finally slipped away, peacefully, into oblivion. It died of lack of support and shameful neglect by the bloody hands of the mercantile mercenaries of Unity who sold out to Speedtree a year ago and pulled the plug on life support for their own tree creator. I battled bravely to keep it busy and to ease its slow descent, but to no avail.
The future belongs to Speedtrees, for better of worse. And even though I still lust to wring the necks of those evil men who shaped the Tree Modeller for Unity and thought it a good idea to endow it with the most annoying collection of inscrutable settings inside the absolutely worst menu tree that is imaginable - not only their necks, but also the necks of their children, their wives, their brothers and sisters, their hamsters and even all the necks of all the amoebas, bacteria and microbes inside their hellish organisms - I must accept the unacceptable and endure the searing self-hatred that engulfs me as I am forced to use Speedtrees again.
OF course, all of the nice palm trees I just made with the Unity thingie are now obsolete and must be replaced with brand new StupidiTrees. Here's the first 6 models I added, by not planting them but instead overwriting their slot in the terrain editor tree gallery with their new-made successors.
Now if you'll excuse me, I gotta go barf...

No worries K11, designers don't have time to play other courses,
that's why we need players to play them. Sorry to hear of your
favorite tree editor biting the dust, I know how much you loved it.
If you hurl I'm gonna spew!

I already vomited. Profusely. Still not quite there with those Speedtrees, but pushing through the nausea and slowly getting there...
And yes, I know the UV-Mapping on some of the palm trunks is woeful. But that's fixable.

Very sunny course with a constant tropical breeze.
Not sure if you care but I did notice that you have
the hazard stakes on the beach. I assume you know that
they can be on the bank and you can still play the ball
from the beach as it lies with no penalty. Just a thought
if you care to have the stakes off the beautiful beach.
Great work as usual K11, and could we please see Tara
in a grass skirt and a coconut top?

No you could not! Go watch old dance routines of the Hills Angels if you have an itch to scratch... I recommend the "Occasional Man" number, it has a tropical theme and coconuts in it...
To Sue Upton, Louise English, Clare Smalley (my personal favourite), the curvaceous and contortionistically gifted Corinne Russell and all the other nymphs... Thank you!
Your are of course absolutely right about those hazard stakes and their optimum location, except that you're not right in this case: Those hazard stakes are a friggin' eyesore messing up my beaches and I plan to delete them completely once all other mesh work is done and the final calculation has been calculated. They are currently set for my novel Invisible Hazard Boundary technique, which is based on the players "Duh!" faculty, which reposes on him being aware of the fact that Aroha is a tropical island. And that means that any location out there that is ocean - or in reach of ocean spray - must be automatically considered to be some sort of a water hazard - Hence: Duh.
Can't stand those pesky stakes, come to think of it. Memo to myself: Remove stake game objects from CF settings to eliminate every last one of them.
