I've got one question:

Is CF finished this year or not?

If your question is, "Will CF be finished before the end of 2015?", I think the answer is, they don't know.  That's only 32 days away.

Sorry if this has been asked already, but with the public beta version of CF does one require any knowledge/skill/experience of the Unity engine in order to start designing courses?

Yes, sort of. You will need a free version of Unity5

to be able to use Course Forge. There will be plenty

of instructional videos to get you started, and also

a ready made terrain and all the accessories such as

trees, bushes, bridges, etc.. As for knowledge, skill, and

experience, they will come with time, and are always

growing even for the masters of design.

I'm sure in time some generic type buildings

will be available, but whether they will be

on initial release is something IDK.

I remember pledging to PP during the Kickstarter phase.  When was that, about two years ago?  When the initiative failed, I received a message about it from PP.  I didn't save a copy of the message, but it said something to the effect that PP was anxious to get CF into our hands.  For the next couple of weeks, I refreshed the website frequently, hoping that CF would be available for download.  CF was never released, of course.  And I understand why.  I'm not complaining.  I'm just kind of embarrassed that I got so excited about it at the time.  Hopefully, our patience will pay off soon.  :)

I only play Perfect Parallel on Steam, can I play Course Forge through Steam or do I have to download Unity 5?  If I do, can someone send me a link to download it?  Thank you.

Kittens are not being drowned, my dear chap. They are slowly strangled whilst I keenly watch the life force drain out of them and a sequence of incomprehension, panic, despair and horror flashing up in their cure little eyes. I take it very slow.... I call it catsphyxia. For them, it is endless torment.

Don't blame me. It's what Mike and his taciturn ilk turned me into. I am disgusting! But I'm the victim here....

Kittens are not being drowned or tortured anyway please ... how could you? they are so sweet and fluffy ... and sweet ... and so sweet ...

... a horror to even read the above .... i thought you are a nice man lol ... not so shure anymore .... lol

Get CourseForge and believe me, you will join me on the dark side of serial catmageddon.

Btw... IF you download Unity, make sure you get the right version. It used to be Unity 5.1.2, the next CF upgrade will probably require Unity 5.2.3

You have to select the correct, older version somewhere down the Unity front page download path.

And that's just for starters. Aww, too complicated? Having kittens? You'll need them.
