I'll chime in since I have not played it but I have been in the course area a time or two being from the twin cities. Although you did a great job I think you seemed to be more concerned on eye candy and how many objects and sounds you could put in the game than making it look more realistic to the actual area/course. The city buildings had no business being there and lake riley seemed more like an ocean. That church is a house in real life but since you had a church you had to put it in right?
That's really the only crit I can give, I only like to put objects in my designs that belong in the area.
You still did a very nice job though so thank you.
P.S. what did you do with the Legacy at Cragun's designs? Still have them?
What do you mean, doesn't look like real life? There really is a stop sign to the left of the 3rd green! Hey, Joe...glad to see you posting.
Yeah, I'm still working on the "real life" look. Right now, that's just over my head, so I just use my imagination and try to make it look nice. (looked like a good place for a church to me) Go ahead and play it, I think you'll appreciate Nicklaus' course design.
I still have the Cragun courses you gave me, but every time I get ready to start one, something else grabs my attention. I just started Les Bordes in France. I'm taking a little extra effort to make this one resemble the actual course. That could be good, that could be bad!
Good to hear from you, bud.
