Good stuff guys! Here I thought the short deadline would result in crap courses. Looks awesome and amazing. I am half expecting a T-Rex to come eat your Avatar DoGgs.

Wow DP! That looks spectacular. What kinda tea you been drinking lately?
Much more impressive than an idea I had of doing a night course like one I played in Florida when I was a kid. It was completely lit by aluminum light poles (and lots of them). I still remember the "PING!" sound when you hit them. I however don't have the chops to do all of those light sources.

I honestly wanted to do 2 - one ultra-realistic (shooting for something never seen with textures overhaul) and something out there. 3 weekend soccer tournaments in August forcing me to cram this in during the week at night.
I settled on the something out there so I could explore animations and particle effects. But, I will say, I have made an emphasis on it feeling very familiar. All holes are based off of holes that I have watched or played in real life. In playing the course, you somewhat forget you are on a frozen interplanetary mass and the loss of the SpeedTrees and traditional vegetation is a joy to me.
Hole 6 is based off of a par 3 I played in the Dominican at Corales.

I'm out there, but staying semi-earthly.
Each hole has interactive eye candy,
and a shooting gallery type feel.
Just a short tease for now...

Great idea Neal! Would be fabulous shot shape practice. Hoping the colliders pan out as intended. You're such a kiss a$$ with the product placement.

Wow! I'm loving some of these themes which look like a lot of fun. Wonder what will happen if you miss the green in space DP?!!
Matthew's course is looking beautiful too!

Fantasy is not really my forte and I’m not sure realism is going to interest the judges.
Might be time to branch out...

I'm sure that all styles are wanted Scott. The most important thing is how the course plays with clever use of hole layout, hazards and slopes to make sure that it remains fun and challenging on repeated plays from different tees etc.
